The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each project are defined in individual project agreements between OxelLab LLC and the client.

You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

4. AI Chat and Project Scoping

Our Site features an AI-powered chat tool for project scoping and estimation. Information provided through this chat is used solely for the purpose of understanding your project requirements and generating proposals. The AI-generated estimates and suggestions are preliminary and do not constitute a binding offer or contract. Final project terms are established through separate written agreements.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OxelLab LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Website design and layout
  • Text, graphics, logos, and images
  • Software and code
  • All other content on the Site

Intellectual property rights for client projects are governed by individual project agreements.

6. Client Projects

All client engagements are governed by individual project agreements that specify:

  • Scope of work and deliverables
  • Project timeline and milestones
  • Payment terms and pricing
  • Intellectual property ownership and transfer
  • Warranties and support terms

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific project agreement, the project agreement shall prevail for matters related to that project.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services are outlined in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise specified:

  • A deposit may be required before work begins
  • Payments are due according to the schedule in the project agreement
  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees
  • All fees are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise stated

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OxelLab LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Site or our services
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Site
  • Any bugs, viruses, or the like transmitted through the Site by any third party

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
